The Boob Job products, especially the boob tape, are not recommended for use if you have any of the following conditions:
- You are breastfeeding (please wait at least 6 months after pregnancy or lactation).
- You have congestive heart failure.
- You are diabetic or pre-diabetic.
- You have altered sensation in the chest area.
- You are undergoing treatment for active cancer.
- You have open wounds, broken, or damaged skin where the tape would be applied.
- You have a severe allergic reaction or skin sensitivity, especially to adhesive tape.
- You have thin skin.
Do:
- Always do a patch test before using any of the products.
- Support the weight of your breast when applying the tape — don’t overstretch it.
- Place the tape only on thicker parts of the breast — avoid applying to the chest, neck, or collarbone.
Don’t:
- Don’t wear the tape for more than 8 hours.
- Don’t layer the tape excessively, as it can cause overheating or water blisters.
- Don’t cut the tape excessively, which can weaken the adhesive and irritate the skin.
- Don’t use the Removal Oil for more than 20–45 minutes.
- Don’t use the Removal Oil if you have sensitive skin or allergies to citrus oils.
- Don’t apply or store the oil near open flames — it’s flammable.
- If you experience itching, swelling, rash, or discomfort, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
Wear time:
- Max wear is 8 hours.
- For sensitive skin, limit to 3–5 hours and let your skin adjust before extended use.
Body temperature & heat caution:
- The tape uses medical-grade adhesive that softens with body heat.
- In hot environments, sweat can get trapped under the tape, possibly causing water blisters or irritation.
- Do not apply to sunburned or sun-warmed skin, as removal may become painful.
- If you’re 50 years or older or have thinning skin, start by wearing the tape for no longer than 4 hours and slowly increase wear time.
- If you have sensitive skin or allergies, stop using immediately if you feel itching, irritation, or discomfort.
- If you often get heat rashes, test the tape on your skin for 1–2 hours before full use.
- Redness, small bumps, or temporary skin discoloration is common — especially for larger busts. This is caused by circulation stimulation and usually fades with time.
- If your skin feels hot or itchy, remove the tape carefully using the proper removal method.
- Skin injuries or irritation from Breast Tape usually don't cause permanent scarring and will fade with time.
- These reactions often appear around the top edges or anchor points of the tape.
- If you’re prone to heat rash or overheating, consider using styles that don’t cover the chest area.
- Misuse or improper removal can worsen skin reactions — follow the removal instructions carefully.
