Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be postal service delays that are outside of our control

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates for you orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Boob Job is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at connect@thefndtn.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The FNDTN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed and shipped.

Once we drop off your package at the post office, the matter is no longer The FNDTN's responsibility. However we have a few suggestions on how you can proceed: 
 

1. Wait a few days: Most of the time these things resolve themselves. Often times the USPS discovers the error and corrects it. Or, sometimes things say “Delivered” when they actually end up being returned to sender.

2. Submit a request to the postal service: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 

3. Wait to see if the package is returned to us. If your package gets returned to us, we’ll contact you to verify your address and we’d be happy to mail it to you again.
