Refund policy

We’re a small business, and while we’d love to accommodate every request, we’re currently unable to process returns due to hygiene reasons and limited capacity. Because of this, all sales are final.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please don’t worry — just email us at connect@thefndtn.shop within 1–2 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can review and work toward a fair solution. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund if approved.
